Your new passion

  • You will be a technical sparring partner for our product managers and actively shape the implementation of our product vision and roadmap. You will take responsibility for the technical architecture and its further development – with the aim of leading our products to success with high speed and quality.
  • You are hands-on and work in a cross-functional team with product management and UX on the implementation of the product.
  • You lead the technical implementation in the product team, further develop the architecture and define relevant KPIs together with the team.
  • You coordinate technical issues across teams and ensure smooth cooperation with adjacent areas.
  • As the team grows, you will take on the technical leadership of the developers in the team, take care of staffing and promote individual development through coaching and mentoring.
  • You will create an environment in which people can work independently, with high quality and agility – with a high degree of trust and team spirit.

You inspire us with this

  • Completed degree or training in computer science, business informatics or comparable qualification
  • In-depth knowledge of software architecture
  • Extensive experience in orchestrating and provisioning infrastructure
  • Several years of experience in operating complex infrastructures and services
  • Very good knowledge of TypeScript and React
  • At least three years of experience in the technical (ideally also disciplinary) management of development teams
  • Experience in the successful launch of at least two products
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; German is a big plus due to a predominantly German target audience.
