As a Microsoft CRM Developer, you will be the driving force behind our CRM landscape. You will develop solutions based on Dynamics 365, integrate systems, and lay the foundation for seamless processes and excellent customer experience. Your new passion
- You will develop software solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (currently using Sales and Service as well as some third-party tools) to optimize the business processes of our marketing, sales and service teams.
- You will develop comprehensive technical solution concepts for the optimal implementation of business requirements in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (cloud) and, if necessary, related solutions (MDM, BI, ERP, ticket system, PowerPages).
- You will drive the expansion and further development of CRM at Thieme in close cooperation with the IT and business teams. In doing so, you will take on specific areas that were previously handled by external service providers.
- You will develop high-quality, future-proof code and ensure its quality through comprehensive testing, documentation and continuous optimization.
- You will integrate Microsoft Dynamics 365 into our existing heterogeneous enterprise applications landscape. In doing so, you will utilize both the integration capabilities of Dynamics and Azure Integration Services in the Microsoft Cloud.

- You have several years of experience in the development, customization and integration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Cloud) and very good programming skills in C#, .NET, JavaScript, MS SQL and Power Automate.
- Confident use of Microsoft Power Platform, Azure Services and common software or project management tools, e.g. Confluence, JIRA, GitLab, Azure DevOps or similar.
- Good written and spoken English skills.
- Ideally, you have experience in using Azure computing features such as Azure Functions and App Services.
- Strong analytical thinking, ability to work in a team and a highly solution- and customer-oriented approach to work
