Your new passion

  • Design, develop, and optimize AI products, including solutions built on advanced RAG architectures within the medical domain
  • Build and continuously enhance AI pipelines from prototyping through to production deployment, leveraging modern cloud-based frameworks such as MLflow
  • Evaluate and monitor the performance of RAG‑based chat applications in production environments
  • Collaborate closely with a cross-functional team (Data Science, DevOps, Product Management) to ensure system stability, scalability, and high-quality delivery
  • Support SME (Subject Matter Expert) management by coordinating with domain experts to fine‑tune and validate knowledge models
  • Apply initial experience in orchestrating agentic systems, e.g., MCP

You inspire us with this

  • Several years of hands-on experience as an AI Engineer, Data Scientist, or in a similar technical role
  • Strong expertise in LLM integration and RAG system design, particularly within retrieval components
  • Proficiency in Python and AI frameworks such as PyTorch, LangChain/LangGraph, or comparable technologies
  • Experience deploying and scaling AI systems in cloud environments, ideally using Databricks
